Funded Mental Health Training Courses

We’re thrilled to share a fantastic opportunity provided by Oaklands College in partnership with Mind in Mid Herts.

As part of their Skills Bootcamp initiative, Mind in Mid Herts have helped develop two funded industry training courses designed to enhance our understanding and support of mental health, these are taking place over the next few weeks.

Available Courses:

  1. Mental Health Peer Supporter – Delivered in-person in St Albans, this course offers hands-on training for becoming an effective mental health peer supporter.
  2. Mental Health in Children and Young People – This online course is tailored to those interested in understanding and supporting the mental health needs of children and young adults.

These courses are ideal for colleagues, family, friends, or even for your own personal and professional development.
