Do You Want To Help Change The World?

On Wednesday 22nd May, at the Pioneer Club (St Albans AL3 5AY) you will meet and hear from three change makers working on solutions to local social issues. 
 
We believe that giving should be fun, well informed and engaging. Live crowdfunding gives people the unique opportunity to come together to support inspiring local organisations and pool our collective capacity for empathy, generosity and action.
 
The Funding Network links potential donors to charitable causes through live crowdfunding, helping both individuals and businesses combine their giving to make a bigger impact. 
 
Live crowdfunding is all about raising money as a community, live on the night, for causes that the audience believes in. 
 

This year, three brilliant small non-profit organisations supporting the Hertfordshire community will be pitching for £5,000. 

Join us on Wednesday 22nd May from 5.45 to 9pm at the The Pioneer Club, located at Heathlands Dr, St Albans AL3 5AY.

This years shortlist:
 
𝗞𝗮𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Set up in 2022, they are a 100% volunteer-run organisation working with the local community to prevent and relieve poverty.
 
𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽

Led by lived experience, they work to support parents/carers of children with autism and/or ADHD. 

𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱
They repurpose quality surplus goods and distribute them as humanitarian aid to people in crisis. 

The three organisations will tell their story, then our pledge masters will take the audience through the live crowdfunding session where supporters can give money, time or expertise.

Buy an extra ticket for someone under eighteen and the first twenty youngsters registered will receive a £50 voucher to donate to the charity of their choice on the night.
